Description of Nano Stainless Steel Sink

With advanced lead-free nano titanium technique, the new kitchen single bowl sink is constructed by premium T304 stainless steel in the thickness of 16 gauge, which has stronger strength, heat dissipation, wear and corrosion resistance than traditional stainless steel products. In addition to classic silver appearance, the nano stainless steel sink will be a perfect complement to your kitchen decorations in any styles and leave a deep impression for long time.

Dimensions and Specifications

Oil Resistant and Scratch Resistant

1. Silver bottom grid perfectly complements the sinks with strong resistance of crashes.

2. Seamless technique makes sure no leakage of handmade stainless steel sinks.

3. Round corner does not easily hide dirt stains for easy cleaning work.

4. White and thick coating effectively prevents the condensation and also reduce the noise.

The Reason Why Stainless Steel Rust

304 stainless steel material rusting phenomenon may have the following reasons:

The first, alloy elements did not dissolve into the matrix, resulting in low alloy content and poor corrosion resistance of the matrix.

The second, chloride ions are widespread, such as salt/sweat/sea/sea breeze/soil, etc. The corrosion of stainless steel in the presence of chloride ions is faster than that of ordinary mild steel. So stainless steel has requirements for the use of the environment. Stainless steel needs to be wiped frequently to remove dust and keep clean and dry. For example in United States: an enterprise with an oak container containing a solution of chloride ions, which the container has been used for more than one hundred years. And the last century in the 1990s plan to replace, because the oak material is not modern enough. The usage of stainless steel 16 days after the replacement of the container due to corrosion leakage.

The third, The material, which does not contain titanium or niobium, has a tendency to corrode between crystals. The addition of titanium and niobium to the stable treatment can reduce the intercrystalline corrosion. In order to maintain the inherent corrosion resistance of stainless steel, steel must contain more than 12% chromium. If stainless steel is used where welding is required, the lower carbon content minimizes the carbide precipitation in the heat-affected zone near the weld, which may lead to inter granular corrosion (weld erosion) of stainless steel in some environments.
