Design & Mold

We design casting system according your drawing or sample to get suitable cavity design, this is mold structure. Advance mold processing equipments will be used, they are lather machine, CNC center, EDM, heat treatment, etc. 

Tangsheng with different tons of die casting machines to meet different kinds of aluminum and zinc parts processing and with incoming material inspection spectrometer to ensure every incoming material are qualified.  

Different parts and molds will be applied for different equipments, when blanking come out, we will do fully inspection and keep a sample for checking.  Line, position, holes, surface are in good smooth and qualified stations.

Different blankings and could find the casting feeding system are different, its designed on exact part structure and quantity. 

Second Service:

Precision machining:

Some time, some parts need thrill hole processing, face CNC machining, part position, part line machining etc. all machining steps are welcomed.

Surface coating:

Environmental spraying coating are applied to the surface of product, share with high anti-oxidation, anti-radiation, and anti-salt spray test requirements. Automatic spraying can make the thickness very dense and uniform. And automatic spraying line can be very efficient and fast. 

Electroplating process

For the electroplating process, we use vertical rack plating, electroplating effect is uniform and consistent. The obtained casting has high dimensional accuracy and smooth surface. It can be treated in bright chrome, color plating and other colors. Improve product wear resistance, electrical conductivity, reflectivity, corrosion resistance, and play a beautiful surface.

Surface coating are different, but there are few types are very popular, polishing, power coating, painting, chrome, alodine, blasting,etc, color could be liked by you.

Different kinds of assembly work is weclomed, we have experience with assembly work.

Q. What's your mould and sample making lead time?
It's based on the product size and structure, usually 5-6weeks from mould design to mould finish and support sample.

 

Q. Can you  tell me if you have a MOQ?
The minimum order is 500 piece, however twice less quantity is allowed for trial production.

Q. Can you tell me how long I need wait for sample?
The delivery time for samples is nearly 35-40 days.
