Increase or Decrease Rate of Energy Consumption per Unit of GDP (%) ={(Total Energy Consumption in the first half of 2010/GDP in the first half of 2010) / (Total Energy Consumption in the first half of 2009 / GDP in the first half of 2009) –1}X100% 

2.GDP is calculated at constant prices.

3.Data of Tibet is vacant.
